Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Youth and Family Services Division announced an arrest has been made in reference to Voyeurism offenses that occurred on Sunday, March 31, 2019, in the 1400 block of P Street, Northwest.
Between 6:50 pm and 10:00 pm, the suspect unlawfully used a cell phone to record underneath two female victim’s skirts at the listed location.
On Monday, September 30, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 25 year-old Daniel Izquierdo, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with two counts of Voyeurism.
