Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Burglary Two of an Establishment offense that occurred on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, in the 600 block of T Street, Northwest.
At approximately 10:00 am, the suspect forcibly gained entry to an establishment at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect took property and then fled the scene.
On Wednesday, May 20, 2020, 48 year-old George Bernard Padgett, of Northeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary Two, Theft Two, and Destruction of Property.
