Arrest Made in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) Offense: 1300 Block of Good Hope Road, Southeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Sixth District announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) offense that occurred on Friday, December 6, 2019, in the 1300 block of Good Hope Road, Southeast.

At approximately 4:26 pm, the victim approached the suspect at the listed location at the listed location. The suspect brandished a knife and stabbed the victim. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and refused medical treatment.

On Friday, December 6, 2019, 49 year-old Jovita A Robertson, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife).
