Suspect Sought in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) Offense: 1800 Block of N Street, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Sixth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) offense that occurred on Monday, September 16, 2019, in the 1800 block of N Street, Northwest.

At approximately 12:24 am, the suspect and victim were engaged in a verbal altercation in an establishment at the listed location. The suspect brandished a knife and struck the victim. The suspect then fled the scene in a vehicle.
