Person of Interest Sought in a Robbery of an Establishment Offense: 1100 Block of New York Avenue, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest in reference to a Robbery of an Establishment offense that occurred on Friday, December 20, 2019, in the 1100 block of New York Avenue, Northwest.

At approximately 10:41 am, the suspect entered an establishment at the listed location. The suspect approached an employee at the register and demanded US currency. The employee complied and the suspect fled the scene.
The person of interest was captured by a nearby surveillance camera and can be seen in the photos below:
