Suspect Sought in a Robbery (Snatch) Offense: 400 Block of 4th Street, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s First District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Friday, November 29, 2019, in the 400 block of 4th Street, Northwest.

At approximately 2:15 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect snatched the victim’s property then fled the scene.
